Remember: You have the option to finish paying for your dog license(s) online with one of the captioned credit cards -or- you may print and mail the form should that be your preference or if for some reason the credit card transaction fails. There is a $1.50 charge per dog for purchasing online. Tags are $12 each until February 1 when a penalty is assessed. We are unable to bill you. Please have your credit card information ready.

new license (not renewal), click here.
For a dog license with rivet holes (hunter's preference), you must mail your form.

Renewing Your Dog License(s) .... READ and scroll down!

If you choose to renew online, you will need your dog license renewal notice. The "File Number" and any one of your dog's last year dog tag numbers will be shown on the bill. You must have both to renew online. Then, follow the steps listed below:

(1) Quick Review Button -- After you enter the file and tag numbers, the information for you and your dog(s) will appear except if there is any essential information missing.
  
A. If the information is correct, click "buy now."
  
B. If the information is incorrect or incomplete, click "Back" in your browser and go to "View All Info."

(2) View All Info Button--
  A. Check your name, address, phone numbers, and your veterinarian's information.
        Make corrections.
  B. Each dog's information can be edited or corrected.
  C. Clicking on "Next" when your last dog appears will allow you to add a dog.
  D. Clicking "Finish" when the last dog appears will store your information and bring up the payment screen.

(3) Adding a Dog, Deleting a Dog, Replacing a Dog, All Dogs Gone

  • Adding a Dog -- Clicking on "next" when your last dog appears will allow you to add a dog.
  • Deleting a Dog -- Simply click the "delete" checkbox for that particular dog and click "Next" or "Finish" if you are done.
  • Replacing a dog -- If no longer have the dog that is on the form, but have replaced it with a new dog, just replace the original dog's information with the new dog's information.
  • All Dogs Gone -- Please contact the Auditor's Office and let us know.
