LOST PET INSTRUCTIONS

Oh where, oh where, has my little pet gone?

Is your pet missing? Did he or she stray out of the yard, jump out of the car, or dash through the door before you could grab him? We have established this web page to help reunite owners with their lost pet.

	How to include your missing pet on the Bulletin Board of Lost Pets
Send us a Picture	Either bring or send us a good, clear picture of your pet, preferably in color. You should also have a description of the pet. The address is Michael E. Kovack, Medina County Auditor, 144 North Broadway, Room 306, Medina, OH, 44256 Attn: Nancy. Or, you may email that picture if you have access to a scanner or a digital camera. How can we contact you?	We will  need a phone number or e-mail address where someone can reach you with information about your pet.
Other information we need	Important information to include about your pet: Name, male or female, age, size, medication needs, where and when the pet was lost, whether he was wearing a collar and license, distinguishing marks.

We will put your pet’s picture on our Lost and Found page for a period of no more than 30 days.

When your pet is found, please let us know. We can then take the pet’s picture off the site and let people know you are no longer looking.
