Lost Pet Instructions _______________________________________________
Is your pet
missing? Did he or she stray out of the yard, jump
out of the car, or dash through the door before you could
grab him? We have established this webpage to help
reunite owners with their lost pet. We will put
your pet’s picture on our Lost and
Found page for a period
of no more than 30 days. When your pet is found,
please let us know. We can then take the pet’s
picture off our site and let people know you are no
longer looking.
How
to submit your missing pet to our Lost Pet page
Send
us a picture of your pet
You can
drop off, mail, email or fax us a picture of your
missing pet. Our address is: Medina County
Auditor's Office, 144 North Broadway, Room 306,
Medina, 44256. You can fax a picture to:
330-764-8252. You can email a picture
to: webmaster@medinacountyauditor.org Please email pictures in either
JPG, GIF or BMP formats. Do not send Microsoft
Word documents.

We will
need a phone number or e-mail address
where someone can reach you with information
about your pet.
Other
information we need
Pet's name, gender, age, size,
where and when the pet was lost, whether he was
wearing a collar and license, medication needs or
any distinguishing physical markings.
