We would like to remind everyone that there are many
representatives of the Medina County Auditor's Office out and about in the County right
now.
Data Collectors are out collecting information on certain
properties. This includes visiting the parcels, speaking to the owners where possible and
measuring buildings.
Secondly, Deputy Auditors are out evaluating property for
the CAUV program. They will be seen checking commercial agricultural properties including
woodlands. They will be discussing the properties with the owners also.
In both cases, please remember that you have the right to
ask for identification from anyone who represents him/herself as coming from the Medina
County Auditor's Office. If you ever have any questions concerning the identity or
behavior of any of our Data Collectors or Deputy Auditors, please feel free to call our
