Scholarship Information

Scholarship Rules:

1.  The scholarship shall be awarded to a senior graduating from a vocational program at the Medina County Career Center or Wadsworth High School.

2.  The scholarship shall be awarded on the basis of sincerity in furthering one's education, grades, student citizenship, and school/community involvement.  Financial need will also be considered.

3.  The amount of the scholarship shall be $500 to be used toward tuition, books or other school expenses. The money shall be paid directly to the student at the conclusion of their senior year when proofs of acceptance and enrollment have been verified by the selection  committee.

4.  The scholarship must be used during the school year immediately following the award.

5.  Applications may be downloaded from the Forms page on this web site or picked up at the Guidance Office at the Medina County Career Center or Wadsworth High School.  They may also be obtained at our office at 144 North Broadway Street, Medina, Room 301.

6.  All applications must have a school transcript accompanying them.
