Property Tax Rates
2010 Calendar Year Taxes for Medina County

 

Listed below are a sampling of residential/agricultural tax rates for some of the taxing districts in the County and the annual tax for a $100,000 home there. For homes of different values, simply multiply the value of the home times the "Multiplier." If your taxing district is not listed or you have commercial/industrial property, please call our office to find out your rate. A brochure on how to figure your property taxes is available by request through our guest book. The Auditor also maintains a "Property Record Card" for your property and every property within Medina County. This card lists all the information we have on your property and is used to set the value for tax assessment purposes. I strongly encourage you to check this information for accuracy. You may obtain the property record card for your home for free by request through our guest book.
