Congratulations, Wendy!
|
I would like to congratulate a very valuable
member of my staff, Wendy Stanek, on receiving
the state-wide ESOP Volunteer of the Year Award!
In 2009, my office began a mortgage assistance
program for Medina County residents. We
partnered with Empowering and Strengthening
Ohio's People (ESOP), a non-profit foreclosure
prevention agency. Through this
partnership, your auditor's office works with
homeowners and their lenders to negotiate and
reach affordable mortgage solutions. Quite
frankly, at the beginning of this program my
office was overwhelmed. Wendy Stanek was
one of the individuals who stepped forward to
volunteer in assisting us with the
overflow. Since then, she has gone above
and beyond to help hundreds of homeowners save
their homes from foreclosure.
Wendy Stanek has a tremendous devotion and
determination to help homeowners. She is,
without a doubt, one of the most selfless people
we have ever encountered. Her solid work
ethic and easygoing personality make it a
privilege to work alongside her. We are
truly grateful to have such a wonderful woman as
part of our staff.
Congratulations, Wendy! You are truly
deserving of this award!
